On Friday, 3rd August, 2023, we proudly hosted the Inauguration Ceremony of the Government Polytechnic Institute (GPI) at Azam Town, as adopted by SZABIST ZABTech in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
About GPI (Azam Town) Karachi - ZABTech (iTVE)
SZABIST ZABTech (iTVE) (Institute of Technical & Vocational Education) GPI (Azam Town) Karachi chapter was established in year 2023 with the aim to provide quality Technical and Vocational Education in the metropolitan City of Karachi.
SZABIST ZABTech (iTVE) GPI (Azam Town) Karachi is focused on providing quality trainings and imparting necessary skills to individuals who will be self-reliant economically.
We believe in strong industry-institution linkages through expert talks, seminars, workshops, industrial projects and technical visits. We seek to inculcate a passion for learning in our students that would make them use their knowledge and skills for the betterment of the society

Principal Message
In this technology pervasive environment, the attainment of technical education is becoming a much sought-after goal of the youth of the nation. The Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector is gaining importance worldwide due to its close relevance with employability.
In a country where around 60% population falls in the category of youth, economic turnaround is wishful thinking if such a useful asset is not tapped into and utilized.
I am confident that through long efforts and dedication of SZABIST ZABTech (iTVE) GPI (Azam Town) Karachi team will be able to empower youth including men and women of not only Karachi but across the Sindh region. We aim to develop value of every student in our care and it is our aim to provide the best possible environment in which students can succeed.
